Independent systems builder
The substrate,
not the wrapper.
Most AI products are thin shells around someone else's cloud model. I build the other thing: deterministic Rust systems with local models doing the reasoning — on hardware I own, with no dependency on anyone else's cloud.

A local-first sovereign agent system — presence and absence on one kernel
A sovereign agent system for a single operator. Two trees — presence (in-session) and absence (unattended) — share one kernel. The local model proposes; the kernel decides. World-touching effects are structurally impossible for autonomous actors.

The coherence spine — keeping a multi-agent ecosystem honest about itself
The part of the ecosystem that keeps the system's model of itself accurate — what each component is, what it's for, whether it's maintained, whether it's alive. Accuracy is not a virtue you sustain by vigilance; it is a property you generate from ground truth and enforce with a gate.

A Discord collaborator agent with real, bounded tool agency
A Discord agent that scaffolds structure, produces content, and takes real actions in the ecosystem — not a chatbot, a notification bot, or a marketing channel. Local LLM behind a two-clock boundary, with capability separation and role-gating. V1 is a private workspace; the server-as-surface is eventual.

The devlog is where the real substance lives — architecture reasoning, findings, and the occasional honest negative result. Get it by email when I post.
